My wife and I found Adam to be an outstanding agent. He is genuine, honest and personable. From our first meeting, he was honest and respectful of all our time. Adam understands the stresses on the buyer during the purchasing process and is mindful of this. His communication with us throughout this process has been flawless and we found this to be of great value without being pushy. From start to finish, Adam and McGrath Central Tablelands have been sensational. I have and will continue to recommend Adam to family and friends Thanks Adam

After having interviewed 2 agencies we went with what we thought was a good fit for us. After sometime a lack of communication and little progress we changed over to Adam and the team as he had maintained contact with us but not harassed us. We found it very different from the beginning communication was constant with good feed back. This gave us peace of mind, Adam and Jessica provided great advice, marketing plans and ideas. We soon sold our first property and shortly there after the second. I could not recommend Adam and the team enough. great Job Guys.

As you'll see, I have given Adam all 5 Stars. Adam was fantastic throughout the whole process. Circumstances meant that we couldn't bring the house to market when we first thought we could, but Adam simply worked with us on that, even helping with ways to get the house onto the market. Then Adam got us the price in the range that we wanted. Every part of our transaction with Adam and McGrath Central West has been exemplary. Highly recommended.

We weren't getting much buyer interest in our block, so after months of poor results, and probably lack of interest from our previous agent, we took a gamble and changed agencies, we met with Adam, who devised a strategy to attract more interest in our property. Within a few weeks we were under offer, and Adam keep us regularly updated of all progress leading up to settlement. We even received a thank you voucher after the sale had gone through. I thoroughly recommend Adam to anyone looking at selling a property in the Mudgee area.

Adam and the team at McGrath Central Tablelands exceeded our expectations with the sale of our two bedroom house in Mudgee. Adam took care of every aspect of the sale and was very professional to deal with, selling our house quickly and for a price we were thrilled with. Adam kept us informed during the whole process with all communication being clear, thorough and transparent which made the process of selling our house a dream run. If you are looking for an agent in Mudgee, I'd highly recommend Adam Woods, his years of experience were evident and his knowledge of Mudgee Real Estate is outstanding.

Adam was wonderful. He gave us a personalised and responsive service, and always got us into inspections despite our tight and busy schedule. He knew the town and services around and has been a great help to us buying in a new and unknown area. Would highly recommend him as my fav agent by far!
