Michael Chan together with his executive assistant Elaine and Tanya have made our selling experience an absolute please. Their assistance with presentation, negotiations and their demeanour during the sale process is not to be faulted. Could not recommend them more highly and thank them them for a very successful sale.

Michael and his colleague Bruno were fantastic to deal with. I'm absolutely ecstatic at the outcome they achieved and would recommend him and his team to any potential vendors. Michael's communication, flexibility and overall commitment to my property was brilliant. Before choosing Michael and Bruno, I interviewed 2 other agents but felt that Michael's knowledge of the area and the types of buyers was far better than the others and it proved to be a great decision.

The most important issue for me in choosing hockingstuart was personal contact. It was important for me to feel at ease with those I was dealing with and know that I could ask the questions I needed to and that my needs would be followed up. This happened. I also appreciated the clear explanations and time given to the auction process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Thanks, Rosemary Patterson
