I spoke to a number of agents in the area, and a few definitely called it in! George, however, was a pro from the beginning. These are weird times for the real estate market (listed in Aug 2020), and George was very honest about not knowing what the market would do, but also spoke to me numerous times a week to share what he was observing (even though my work means I couldn't always pick up). He followed up with every prospective buyer, dealt with my tenant with respect and courtesy and gave me sound advice from his experience of those things that do not change - human behavior when it comes to buying houses! Even though COVID 19 has delivered pretty much every industry a raft of surprises, George used his experience and understanding to navigate this weird time, to help me sell my apartment for a good price. Giovani was excellent. He knew our price range and showed us many houses in the area we desired within that price range. Once we found our property he communicated with us daily, constantly and honestly talking to us about our competition and letting us know our position. Giovani had extensive knowledge of the area we were looking to buy in. He was very informative about the house and its condition and why the previous owner was selling. I have known George for about 20 years. George sold me my unit at 2/25 Redman Road, Dee Why in 2001 and we have kept in contact over the years. When I decide to sell my Dee Why unit, my decision was to use George to market and sell the property for me. George did a fantastic job on the sale of my property for me. He is very professional, honest and kept me informed as to all aspects of the sale process.
