I first met Jill when she came to value my property for a sale and she quickly build a rapport. My first impressions was a person with high energy and enthusiasm and when Jill spoke about the process and my property she always looked on the good side. In subsequent meetings and discussions Jill showed a deep knowledge of the industry and the process of selling the property covering how they would market for the best result. I remember a couple of occasions Jill challenged me to consider being more flexible on my reserve thoughts and she did this as a bit of fun with a serious message which created good harmony. At our first inspection Jill presented me with a valuation that the sale showing was close to the mark, where another agent was way off even after 1 1/2 weeks research.
