We engaged Jill Rafferty and Mario Esposito to sell our home and relocate up north. Julie was our agent when purchasing our apartment. A true professional with caring nature and extensive knowledge of the local area. Viewing the property was a breeze with the extra open house organised for Wednesday not only in the morning but for an additional one in the evening. To reach her potential client the amount of detail listed in the brochure answered all our questions. Throughout viewing to purchase Julie was there every step of the way. Regarding the sale he arranged quotes for minor works that were needed to bring my property up to standard though tradespersons and furnishings for the vacant unit.
