We bought a property from Mario under private treaty rules. He made it clear how the "bidding" process would work and maintained good contact throughout. He also has other dealings with our solicitor so communication channels were quickly established following our successful bid. He was very cooperative in providing access to the property for presale inspection and following. Mario presents with a cheerful and enthusiastic manner.
