Delivered As Expected
Chris and his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. They had an exceptionally high service level and were always available to me and the prospective purchasers who came through the property. Feedback was in abundance and was never left wondering on the progress of the campaign. Pre-sale service was also exceptional as the team spent an enormous amount of time organizing tradespeople, stylists and colorists to enhance the' saleability' of the property. His advise all along was on the mark, Trustworthy and highly recommended.

Highly recommend Chris

Right marketing strategy for the time!
Chris gave us good advice about selling our house in a shrinking market via private treaty as we requested. He achieved a result which exceeded our expectations within 4 weeks of commencement. All I could ask for
Chris did a fabulous job in selling our property. All of his advice proved to be correct. There were some objections within our family but I pointed out he has sold over 700 properties and were novices. Going with his advice proved to be the right approach. We secured a good price in a weakening market and were very appreciative of his efforts.

Highly experienced agent
Chris came highly recommended to us and we were really happy with his service. He didn't over promise and was realistic about the current market and price guide. Most importantly his communication was good, he updated us after every open home and gave us weekly reports.
