WOW! What a team!
Selling a house is difficult, particularly through the agile market we are streaming through. We sold the family home that we have had for over 50 years, which made our task even more difficult. Without Chris, we would not have been able to achieve a price that surpassed the initial offers and estimates of other agents. Chris had our confidence from the moment we first met him. We met with many agents and Chris' compassion, integrity and warmth were a breath of fresh air. Chris was incredible and exceeded our expectations throughout every stage of selling our home. We felt like we were constantly “ahead of the curve” in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Chris' thoroughness, dedication, and vast wealth of knowledge. He is always prompt with his response, gives great advice, is very experienced and resourceful, and handles all situations quickly with professionalism. We always knew Chris had us covered. We cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to come back for (hopefully!) our next purchase.

Great communicator and confidence inspiring
I had interactions with Marnie at a few open house inspections I had attended and she was always approachable and open with her feedback and observations. At those times I hadn’t had intentions of buying, just keeping an eye on the market. Very recently a house caught my eye which I took a liking to but it was out of reach, or so I thought. A conversation with Marnie opened my eyes to possibilities that I not thought possible in a time frame that was implausible. Impossible and implausible must not be in her vocabulary because she got on the case and somehow pulled multiple threads together to present us with a new home. Just wow. Highly recommended and all accolades deserved.

Happy the property is sold but very dis satisfied with the proposed valuation of the property
While we were kept informed of the progress of the sale of the property, we felt the estimated value of our property, $ 3.8 -$ 4m to us and the value given to proposed buyers, $ 3.2-$3.3 was very dishonest and unethical. There is no way a buyer who is told that value would pay anywhere near the estimated value given to us. Allowing for the resent interest rate increases and the slowing down of the market, vendors should be given an honest valuation of their property and this was not.

A diamond in the rough
There aren't many occasions I'd bother writing this kind of review - it's only in moments of something exceptional where I'll be triggered to act. The service Chris has provided in selling our property has been exceptional. The market has been tough, the games that people have been playing have been on very hard to navigate. Chris did a great job at finding a way through, keeping me in the loop every step of the way and getting a great outcome - better than I thought was possible. Outstanding!

Under Difficult Circumstances a Job Well Done
It is well known in the Area that Marnie is "One of "IF" Not the Top Performer" here in the "Eastern Suburbs - Sold "both" of My Brothers Properites for Excellent Prices - Unfortunately for me I "missed the Boat, hahahaha
