Unethical and Dishonest

Nick allowed another agent from his office (Mark McPherson) to compromise our auction by selling the adjoining unit off market to an interested buyer after our marketing campaign commenced and four days prior to our auction. Non of which was ever disclosed to us. He also allowed Mark to use our advertising materials (photos and content) for which we paid to advertise the adjoining unit. Nick and the team in this office are unscrupulous, without integrity and lack common respect for their clients or each other.
