After a slow start due to an over supply of new high quality units, Tony as able to achieve a good sale price for my unit even though the location is on the sea front at Tugun, the building is very old compared to modern day standards. We were on the purchasing end of the transaction and we found Rachael very upfront and prompt with all actions during the transaction. Rachael went out of her way with multiple private inspections and her communication throughout the process was excellent.
