Chris Holt emailed me about a property listed in Cabarita Beach. My husband and I were very interested. Upon inspection and meeting Chris, I found him to have a lovely balance of professionalism and yet at the same time he was very laid back and unobtrusive. I was instantly comfortable in his presence and found conversation easy, communication clear. My husband and I had decided that we wanted to purchase the property prior to auction. We appreciated Chris's promptness. During negotiation we found him very sincere and composed. He is a good communicator, very professional and extremely courteous.
