Tony spent more than six months marketing my property which was quite difficult to sell because of being at the high end of the market in a little known but beautiful location. Tony's patient and persistent application to his task was admirable.
At all times Tony acted in the most professional and pleasant manner. He offered genuine support and considered advice without in any way coercing me. He dealt with some extremely difficult situations with indignant potential purchasers in a calm and efficient manner. He was readily available when consultation was needed and he always listened empathically and without judgement. Although I did not quite reach my 'bottom line', Tony managed to obtain the best possible price for me with the least possible stress.
Real Estate agents have an unfortunate reputation and, after some previous unpleasant experiences, I was hesitant to commit to any agent and spent some time assessing different companies. I was still reluctant when I engaged Tony. However, I could not be happier that I decided to ask Tony to sell my property. His ethical, patient and competent approach is refreshing. I never thought I'd be pleased to write a review for a real estate agent, but Tony has managed to change my opinion. I willingly recommend Tony to anyone seeking an agent with integrity, who is assiduous, congenial and tenacious.
