I got Joel recommended to me buy a real estate agent in Brisbane and from the first time speaking to him I was very impressed by his knowledge of the local area. He helped me in all facets of my sale and it showed by the quick sale well above the advertised price. 100k more. Joel organized a tiler and window cleaner and nothing was a problem for him or his staff. He also treated my tenant with respect regarding inspections and tradesmen entering the property.
