A sensational result, delivered with consummate professionalism, in a very short time,

Jason very quickly identified the key features and benefits of the property that would appeal to purchasers in the area and these were the precise reason the successful purchasers did buy the property. Jason very quickly organised an effective and extremely well presented marketing campaign and had the first inspection within a week. Jason’s knowledge of the local market indicated an expected sale price range that was 30% higher than other agents and guess what….. he was correct. The property was on the market for 2 days before the first inspection. The first offer came in an hour after the first inspection on the Saturday. There were 3 serious purchasers by Monday morning. Contracts were exchanged by Thursday, right in the middle of Jason’s expected selling-price range. Let’s repeat that…..All completed within the week of going on the market at the desired/ expected selling price. At all times, Jason has been easy to communicate with and even had to arrange emergency hot water system repairs! It was a pleasure working with such an experience professional, and hence, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
