Prior experience of Brad's sales expertise ensured we retained his services when selling the family home for downsizing purposes. His accessible, calm, positive communication was key to our retention of Brad's services. Brad's information booklets prepared us for the challenges of making our home 'buyer friendly'. When I now view homes for sale I muse to myself - 'if only they had Brad's booklets of sage pre-sales advice!!' This sales process was protracted but accompanied by Brad at all stages of internal and external preparation. The expense on captial improvements was judicious, focusing upon essential detail rather than flamboyant presentation. Sustainable low key modifications, sufficient rather than definitive was the aim, allowing prospective buyers to modify according to taste. Brad's lowkey communication ensured prospective owners were not overwhelmed by aggressive salestalk, ensuring we obtained a financial outcome well beyond anticipation. Extremely professional and excellent communication

Brad made the entire selling process extremely smooth and stress-free. He was very professional from the first meeting to the final settlement inspection. Excellent communication, and he explained everything very well. Brad went above and beyond during inspections, paid special attention to my pets. Couldn't have asked for a better agent.
