Sold our home and exceeded expectations

After meeting a couple local agents in the area, we decided to engage Dion, he wasn’t the cheapest agent but his strategy stood out from the rest and definitely knew how to control the process. He negotiated his own worth from engagement and then proved the same when he negotiated the price that was achieved for our home. A result prior to the launch with his extensive media presence and reach. Highly recommend and you definitely get what you pay for in this industry.

Seller of a house in Camp Hill

From our very first interaction, Mikaela stood out from other agents. She understood what a huge decision it was to sell our family home of 22 years and approached the process with genuine empathy, professionalism, and thoughtful strategy. Mikaela's local knowledge, extensive network, outstanding communication, and unwavering dedication throughout the sale are a testament to the exceptional service she provides. She works tirelessly and we couldn't be more grateful for her commitment. During the process of selling and buying we have seen the value in agent representation that is organised, professional and engages high-quality supplementary services (like photography, building, smoke and pool safety and styling). All of the external trades recommended by Mikaela provided exceptional service. We didn't really appreciate this until we were able to experience purchase opportunities that did not have the same checks and balances completed prior to market launch. In hindsight, the advice and recommendations provided by Mikaela at the outset of our campaign, set us up for a smooth transition through negotiations and sale. Together Mikaela and Shannon provide a superior service we have not experienced otherwise in real estate. They have humility, respect, trusted relationships, excellent communication and an exceptional work ethic. We were completely reassured that they worked their hardest for us as their client to achieve the right outcome for our family.
