It was my first time selling a property and I didn't know what to expect and was rather anxious but Mitch made the experience nice and smooth for me, always available to answer my questions and to give me reassurance I needed throughout the process. Mitch took his time to inspect the property himself and to fix little bits and pieces to present the property at its best before the first open house, which was very nice of him. The communication and updates were run on daily basis throughout the campaign so I always knew where we are, how many views and enquiries we had etc.
