Mitch outlined the strategies as to the means to market our property (Auction v Sale) and how to present our property. All our questions and concerns were clearly understood and he provided good insight in terms of being able to target, with the campaign and marketing strategy, to optimise our client audience. Mitch was polite, courteous, professional and demonstrated excellent negotiation skills with a sense of humour in delivering a great outcome for Natalie and I.
