I chose Nick, out of 5 real estate agents who appraised my apartment.

I first approached Nick to enquire about a 2 bedroom apartment he had for sale in Neutral Bay. He kept me up to date with his recent sales in the area and new properties on the market that he was selling. I received a number of emails over a 2 week period from him. This showed me that he was a dedicated and enthusiastic agent. I did not receive any update emails from the other real estate agents interested in selling my property. Nick was prepared to try to sell in my apartment in a mere 72 hours off market. A condition of my loan for the purchase of my new property was to sell my existing apartment prior to or simultaneous to settlement of the purchased property. Nick managed to get photos, floor plan, contract for sale and a listing on realestate.com.au in a matter of 48 hours, had 6 groups through on the Saturday, 2 contacts out, 1 potential purchaser returned on Sunday for a second viewing and commenced negotiations. For reasons out of Nick's control the sale did not happen that weekend but when a full marketing campaign was put into place Nick sold my apartment in 14 days in very uncertain times due to COVID-19. I was ecstatic with the price achieved through Nick's excellent negotiating skills. I was also impressed with the fact that Nick came to my home 3 times yesterday - at 10am for the open home, at 3pm for execution of the contract (he then went to the Emergency Department at Royal North Shore Hospital, the workplace of the purchaser for his signature) and again at 4.30pm to put the sold sticker up on the signboard with the assistance of my very excited 3 year old son. Nick's tenacity and professionalism are truly beyond his years. He is not only completely devoted to your company, he also has empathy and an ability to sincerely care for his clients. Thank you Nick! Your hard work is greatly appreciated, and I wish you every success in your career.
