An incredibly smooth and efficient sale process

On the first walk through, Peter identified some small cosmetic improvements we could make, which was a huge value-add. He connected us with painters and stylists, planned a timeline and stuck to it. The outcome was only slightly less than our original expectations, which was a great result in a falling market. The deal was swift and stress free. He was an excellent operator.
