Agent was professional always, did not come across as overbearing or over eager to secure the sale, understood sellers situation and requirements, provided all necessary information. Buyer was found and persuaded to offer at upper level of the estimated price point without going to market. Service on the expensive side but well worth it based on the result and overall experience.
