We first meet Peter's team when they were representing properties in the area and we knew then, that based on their superior caliber of representation and the respect with which they treated EVERY property that we would list with them. I found that Peter had an excellent and pragmatic knowledge of the local market, his finger on the pulse of other listings in the area and the pitfalls to be aware of as we prepared our property for sale. Peter was more than a listing agent, when we hit some inevitable challenges he was right beside us with excellent advice and recommendations to reliable trades people that pulled out all of the stops because (and I quote) "we will do anything for Peter". Peter engages people from a position of integrity and he was very quick to establish who viewed the property as 'right for them'. That doesn't mean that Peter didn't hustle, he was at the property day and night with first and second and third and more viewings. How do I know this? He called after each viewing. Peter has a level of collaboration and communication that is second to none. The end result was that we where able to sell our home at the price Peter predicted the market would pay ( a great result for us) to a buyer who will make it there home.
