Efficient, friendly and trustworthy

My partner and I had been saving up for a while and finally got the go ahead from our mortgage broker to start looking for houses! I found one of Phil’s properties but he said he has a new one on offer that he thought might suit us better! I wasn’t too sure about this one but we went and the pictures didn’t do it justice! Phil was great at communicating efficiently as we had two inspections in the space of a couple of days as we really liked it! From there we put down our first ever offer and successfully got it! Phil was there every step of the way, we put in our offer just before stage 4 lockdown but that didn’t stop him from helping secure our house!
