Experience and results - with a smile

We were initially drawn to McGrath because of their marketing standards and portfolio of properties in our area. When we met with Paul, we hit it off really well right from the start. A good, friendly person with a down-to-earth and plain-english approach, Paul listened to our plans and what we wanted before he made any recommendations on strategyu and price. From there, Paul introduced us to the rest of his team and advised some alternative approaches for marketing our propery (without being pushy). He kept a close eye on interest and offers and, as the market slowed a bit, he quickly called a meeting to review our strategy - which we did and were able to seal the deal a couple of weeks later.
