Outstanding Performance

Ben & James have been honest from the outset of a very difficult & emotional decision to sell a much loved apartment. I immediately valued the expertise, straightforward approach and down to earth nature of the team. It’s quite rare to find agents that have your best interest at heart too. This was obvious from the honest conversations from the beginning. There was ongoing, open communication about market, continued feedback and it felt like a real partnership. We were never made to feel we were any different to any other property in the area & felt we received outstanding service end to end. Including post campaign. There was no pressure at any stage to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with which made it much easier to be guided by James & Ben. Their knowledge of the market is reliable, accurate and real.
