We just missed out on our dream house and were about to purchase another, when Rowan called me to say the buyers had pulled out during the cooling-off, and the owners were happy to accept our offer. The day was a complete whirlwind and rather overwhelming, but Rowan and Harry guided us through step by step and were in constant communication giving us updates. We couldn’t believe the turn of events that occurred, and Rowan was stoked for us as he knew how much we loved the house and were so disappointed to initially miss out. He worked not only for the vendor, but for us too, which was very appreciated.
