Betty Ockerlander did great work getting the sale of our 4 bedroom residential property over the line. She was very persistent with following up multiple potential buyers, then keeping me updated at all times with the progress. Also, Betty's negotiating strategy with potential buyers was very good and was ultimately successful at achieving an acceptable sale price under the existing market conditions. Betty's sales assistant, Kitty Chan, also did excellent work at open house inspections and general liaison with myself. Unfortunately, Betty's marketing assistant often created confusion by not being up to date with the status of the property sale, and not being able to follow simple instructions. Later, for some reason, he tried to insert himself into the settlement process which, per normal practice, was already being handled by the buyer's & seller's conveyancers, thereby creating much unnecessary confusion. Betty has since addressed this marketing assistant's poor performance.
