Amazing results on Auction Day
David’s extensive Market knowledge, attention to detail and dedication earned my solid endorsement throughout the entire sale process. He put together a comprehensive marketing plan and schedule -,from day one through to Auction - and followed it through consistently, leaving nothing to chance. He and his team kept me constantly updated with detailed analysis of progress and guided me through everything required on my side. Weekly face to face reviews gave me confidence that everything that could be done was being done and the comprehensive statistics confirmed the effectiveness of the strategy. In the lead up to Auction day David’s steady hand took all the worry out of market positioning decisions and he dealt expertly with buyer queries and concerns. On the big day he and his team calmly managed the process helping all prospective bidders to be seen and heard and reach their individual best positions. The auctioneer he had arranged was very professional and skilful and together they achieved an outstanding result. Well done David and the team!!!
