The price we received was much higher than expected, mainly due to Betty’s efforts. She is very good at identifying the appropriate target market and marketing strategy for a particular house. In addition, she obviously has an extensive database of buyers who she can contact, if she believes they may be interested in a particular house, to supplement those buyers who attend her open inspections. In this way she can attract the largest pool of possible buyers for a house. Betty is willing to go the extra mile for her clients and Betty or one of her team was always available for our questions, even after hours.
