It is the third time Wayne and his team sell property for our family.
It is the third time Wayne and his team sell property for our family. Wayne, Teena and Steven are highly professional with incomparable experience in Epping area. Even though Sydney was in COVID-19 lockdown, Wayne, Teena and Steven kindly guide us from the beginning, and always keep us informed during the campaign. We feel very comfortable and confidence for the whole process. And the auction was amazing with over 25 registered bidders, and the price is exceeded our expectations. Wayne and his team delivered such a great result in today’s tough and uncertain market. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking for a real estate agent in Epping/Eastwood area.

Selling in lockdown seemed risky. However, we decided to roll the dice and chose Team Vaughan to handle the sale - we’re so glad we did. They handled the private inspections and strong buyer enquiry with complete ease and in a Covid-safe way. Always punctual, calm, and knowledgeable throughout. The communication was terrific, and we were kept updated as to how the campaign was progressing at all times. We sold at auction for a premium price which allows us to upsize to our next family home. I found a good, honest and reliable real estate agent
It has finally happened to me, I found a good, honest and reliable real estate agent. Yes there is such a thing. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of selling my home which i thought would be another stressful process, but McGrath Epping made sure this wasn't the case. A breathe of fresh air in the real estate industry. Cannot wait to work with Wayne and the team again!!!

Knowledgeable, hard working, great team
There is a reason Wayne is one of Sydneys best agents. He works hard for his sellers. His knowledge of the market is immense, his team leaves no potential buyer untapped, he is a thorough professional and does it all with a smile on his face. I felt confident in Wayne throughout the process, from marketing through regular updates, to the hammer coming down on a price that exceeded my expectations. He's good but Teena might be better.

If you ask me who is the best, I will recommend Wayne and his team without hesitation. Wayne is patient, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. He knows his area very well and gave us down to earth advices. With Wayne and his team’s help, especially Steven, we had a great experience during the whole journey, from preparation, marketing campaign to the auction. The end result ? Great!

Twenty years ago we asked a young Wayne Vaughan to help us sell our home in Denistone West. We were delighted with the result, so when the time came to sell our beloved Eastwood home of the past twenty years we didn't hesitate - we called Wayne and Teena. Along with other Team Vaughan members Greta and Steven they did a wonderful job helping us prepare for sale with their professional but down to earth approach.
