5 stars for Betty's experience and depth of knowledge. Her popularity with sellers and thus selling many properties simultaneously meant that we have less direct contact with her than what we want. However her 2 highly capable assistants Kitty and John did somewhat made up for this. Overall 5 star for Betty and her staff as we sold our property at the price we set.

If you ask me who is the best, I will recommend Wayne and his team without hesitation.
Wayne is patient, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. He knows his area very well and gave us down to earth advices. With Wayne and his team’s help, especially Steven, we had a great experience during the whole journey, from preparation, marketing campaign to the auction. The end result ? Great!

Wayne and the team at McGrath Epping have done an excellent campaign selling our home.
They have wealth of experience in the local market and knowing what the clients are looking for in the area, from clients upscaling to downsizing families this is what comes with knowledge from the team. We have found that the preparation from the small details that make a difference and open home updates with potential clients are what counts.

Painless experience
From first contact with Betty, her confidence and market knowledge was plain to see. Her suggestions were sensible and followed by help with contacts to allow for presentation of the house for sale. Her plan was realistic, her subsequent communication superb and her support staff very efficient. Overall, it was a painless experience for an excellent result.

We are from out of town, hence no local knowledge. Chose Betty based on reviews. Within 3 minutes or less of meeting Betty, we understood why she has a great reputation. A solver of problems before they are even problems, communicative to the nth degree, absolute loads of data and feedback on each enquiry. Impressed by her highly systematic way of operating. In other words, Betty is super efficient and streamlines every process. Nothing is forgotten or overlooked. There were no disappointments and many delights and feelings of relief as Betty sorted complications arising from covid-19 border closures etc etc. We are more than pleased. We are grateful!
