We were delighted with Betty's handling of our house sale. She kept us well informed at all times. She gave us excellent advice prior to sale. She promptly followed up on enquiries. In September, Betty and Eva sold our unit in Carlingford for us. We are most impressed with their knowledge of the market and the result they achieved. We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Betty and Eva for their hard work, extra hours they put in and the extra miles they walked in the process. They are utmost professional and worked tirelessly for us. Although there were a number of hurdles in the sale process, they got over them and achieved positive outcomes. If you are thinking of selling your property, I strongly recommend Betty and her team to you.

I was taught and had read that if you do not have anything nice to say about someone, then stay nothing. This is my situation with Betty Ockerlander.

Hi Betty Thank you once again for a great result on the sale of mum's house. From our initial meeting and discussions we were more than confident that we had picked the right agent. Your advise and help in the whole process was appreciated and between your office and yourself we were always updated on the progress. Thank you

A very professional real estate agent who knows the market really well, and when comparing with other agencies she is miles ahead of the others. Well done Betty.

We felt confident & comfortable approaching Betty to sell our investment property as we had engaged her to sell our home a decade previously. She was ready to answer our questions and had valid reasons for her suggested sale strategy in the current market. Though as busy as ever, she guided us with her expert advice on every aspect throughout the short campaign, culminating in us selling at auction for an excellent price. We have already recommended her to friends who sold in quite a different manner, with a minimum of marketing, to a buyer in her database, which shows Betty uses the approach that best suits the vendor. We would happily choose her again to handle any future property sale in the area.

Betty came highly recommended from a friend that had recently sold with her and achieved a brilliant result. After meeting with Betty, we were confident that we were in good hands. We felt well supported through the whole daunting process of selling our home - from beginning to end. Her market knowledge and styling advice was much appreciated. Most importantly we felt that Betty communicated the information needed in a timely and friendly manner. On top of this, Betty achieved fantastic results for us. Thankyou. J+T Fulton
