Alex was very professional and very helpful with us in all of his dealings regarding the marketing and sale of our house. He followed up with potential buyers and kept us fully up to date all the way through. He recommended a slight change to the structure of one our rooms to improve the appeal of our home to a wider market and he also recommended we style with Embestro Interiors which was great. He achieved a good price for us, as a result of some good negotiations with the eventual buyer.

Alex was great, came half way through the campaign and really worked hard to hive the house the best possible chance of making a great sale. Provided great and timely communication throughout the whole process. Couldn’t ask for any more than what was provided. Thanks again Alex!

Clear communicator and kept both sides well informed. Set the seller's expectations from the start and was accommodating to our requests. I believe he created a win/win situation for both parties.

If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is professional, flexible, and most importantly trustworthy, we wholeheartedly recommend Alex. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as he truly separated himself from many of the other agents we had dealt with to date.

Alex is absolutely fantastic and made the sale of my home such a smooth and stress free experience. His communication and dedication to getting me the best result possible was un measurable. Alex kept me up to date with inspection times, current market prices and vendor reports. He is such a relatable and genuine person, it was an easy decision to have him represent my home. His experience speaks for itself and I recommend anyone wanting a fantastic experience in selling should choose him as their realtor. I am beyond happy with the entire process and outcome that he provided for me.

Alex did a fantastic job of understanding what we needed in the short amount of time we spent with him. My partner and I work unusual hours, he was flexible and worked around our schedules so we didn’t miss out. I appreciated his honesty and transparency, and was very happy to buy a house from him, and would look to use him when we come to selling in the future.

Alex took our home to the market and achieved a fantastic result. Within the first week they had over 10 buyers inspecting the property and managed to have 4 serious buyers competing over the property. As a result we achieved an incredible result for our home in under a week. We couldn't be happier with the experience

I recently purchased a property through Alex Selway, and I am extremely impressed with the entire experience. From the moment the property was introduced to me, Alex was approachable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how small, and made sure I felt informed throughout the whole process. Alex was representing the vendor, but he also went above and beyond to assist me as a buyer. He facilitated clear communication between myself and the vendor, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and any concerns I had were promptly addressed. I truly appreciated how organized and trustworthy he was every step of the way. Thank you Alex and wish you all the best in both your career and your personal life.
