Our journey to finding our first home began with an inspection in Harrison. JT sent us a follow-up to see if we were interested. When we declined, he informed us about another property in Harrison that had been previously under offer. My wife and I reviewed the contract and building report and scheduled an inspection for the next day. JT mentioned he would be overseas but assured us he could still be reached. His associate, Jonah, took us to the inspection, and we fell in love with the property at first sight. After submitting our offer, JT called me from overseas. I explained that we are serious buyers, had been searching for a home for three months and were expecting our first baby in September.
