We were kept informed every step of the way and took on board Sam's recommendations and suggestions. Sam is very knowledgeable about the market and keeps his finger on the pulse. At no stage were we in doubt as to what was required from us or Sam's expectations for the end result. Thank you so much Sam for giving us a rainbow at the end of a number of very dark years. And yes, there are now 2 Real Estate Agents I trust completely!

I’ve bought and sold properties over 10 years with Justin. Each time he has acted with full transparency and made the process seamless. I appreciate how Justin quotes the real price versus hype. He is true professional and I fully recommend his services.

Kris was amazing from start to finish with the process of purchasing our new home at auction. During Covid it was difficult to view prospective homes for more than 15 minutes at a time with restrictions in place. Kris allowed us to visit the home we ended up purchasing twice and we were very grateful for this. Kris willingly answered any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble. He followed up several times with me prior to the auction to make sure I felt comfortable with the online auction process and gave me good sound advice using his extensive knowledge and expertise. On auction day Kris made me feel calm and at ease and was very excited for us when we were the successful bidders. The process since then has been smooth and seamless. I have now decided to use Kris to sell the home we are currently living in and already I feel so confident in his abilities. Kris has explained everything in such detail and I am so grateful for this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kris and give him 5 stars!

We felt comfortable with Kris from the start. There’s nothing flashy about him, he’s a genuine good guy who wants to do the best he can for his clients. He understands the local market and what a property is worth. Kris communicated with us at every important stage and helped make the whole process seamless. Some might argue that when the market is hot houses sell themselves, but I would say that a good marketing strategy, and a quality sales agent can make a massive difference to the overall sales price. Sincere thanks to Kris, Anna and the team at McGrath.

I approached Justin to sell my house after he previously sold another of my properties. As always, I was not disappointed. Justin is a true professional and knows the Gungahlin market better than anyone else. From the first conversation he was very knowledgeable about the current market and provided sound advice on the best option for selling my property. Justin took personal ownership of the sale as if he was selling his own house and put all his usual enthusiasm into the campaign. I felt extremely comfortable to have my property in such good hands. Justin was able to achieve a sale in only a few days exceeding my expectations, and all of this during a pandemic and lockdown!!! If you are looking to sell or buy in the Gungahlin region, I would highly recommend Justin as the person to trust your most valuable asset to.

Kris knew our rapidly-changing market well, which was demonstrated by his ability to deliver on the promise of a price far higher than was appraised in quotes that we received from most other agents. He also managed to exceed that high appraisal estimate when it came to the actual sale. Everything was straightforward and Kris was very responsive to questions throughout. Anna was also excellent and helpful. The whole experience from start to finish was painless and we are very happy.

Kris was incredibly helpful in getting us through the hurdles of purchasing a magnificent home in the norther suburbs of Canberra. His flexibility and negotiating ability with the buyer impressed us, as has his follow-up assistance with tying up loose ends with the property we purchased. Always courteous, timely and professional. Kris is easily one of the best there is.
