This is the third time my wife and I have worked with Trenton. We have bought and sold with Trenton and his team. We keep returning to Trenton because we value honesty and integrity, and that is exactly what Trenton delivers. Trenton is a people person, and more than just selling realestate, we really get the sense Trenton cares a great deal about us, and our story. Trenton's understanding of the local real estate market gave us a lot of confidence to sell when we did, and his honesty about the likely sale price when we wanted to sell 12 months earlier was spot on the money. Our house wasn't worth what we were hoping to get at the time, and he gave us the up front honest advice we needed. Once the market shifted we followed Trenton's advice to the letter and updated the paint, carpet, and landscaping, which delivered us spectacular results at auction time. Despite being so busy we never once felt like Trenton was squeezing us in, and we always had his fullest attention when needed. We had been watching in our suburb for a while before we put our home up for sale. We attended a couple of Justin’s open homes and were very impressed by his extremely professional and courteous manner. They are an incredibly good Team to work with and they have an outstanding work ethic. We were both a little nervous but we listened to Justin and Dimi and accepted there advice about things like the method of sale, advertising and the price, three times they brought us offers that we thought was Very good but he advised to reject those offers. I am glad we did . They ended up achieving a price that was way over our our expectations . We could not be happier with the service and results achieved by Justin and Dimi They are truly amazing at what they do.
