It was obvious from the outset that Kris had a solid, and realistic knowledge of the current property market with the relevant networks to support all his engagements with us. Kris was absolutely a brilliant agent to buy our property through. When others in our team to buy the house failed Kris exceeded all expectations! It was our first house and he was able to help us negotiate with the prior owners in price, he was honest throughout the whole process! He chased up with solicitors, builders etc when needed and still is 2 months post settlement! Highly recommend Kris and as a for there brilliant consistency in selling houses
