We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Trenton for the way he conducted the recent sale of our home and for achieving the result we were looking for. Overall it was a painless exercise from our perspective, with very little intrusion into our daily lives. Glen and I were extremely pleased with his communication, honesty and advice throughout the entire process. His focus on the end result was beyond question and his motivation and detailed reporting during the process, we have not experienced with any other agents . Right from our very first meeting he explained the sale process thoroughly and did not try to obtain our business by giving us an unreal expectation of what our property was worth in the current market. He also has a very thorough knowledge of the Canberra market.

I got Trenton to sell my property in Queanbeyan and although the market is down, he still managed to sell it. Trenton is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate market. I first got to know him when I bought my property in Bruce years ago. What I like about him is he was constantly giving me an update regardless there is any offer or not. He is very well connected and he works really hard to be able to find buyer for my property. Trenton has been really great to work with and I highly recommend him for anyone who would want to sell/buy a property.

Justin Taylor was excellent to deal with during our recent sale in Amaroo. Justin met with us and discussed his suggested strategy for selling our property. We felt at ease with Justin having bought off him previously. Leading up to our sale, market conditions in our direct area changed slightly, however we relied on the experience of Justin to advise what the best approach was to selling our property. Within 5 days of advertising, we had our buyer and had exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Justin to anyone selling in the Gungahlin region!

Justin Taylor approached this sale in a very professional manner. He achieved a price at the top of the quoted range through creating competition between several interested buyers. We could not have asked for a better outcome.

It took some time to find the right buyers for our house, but Trenton hung in there and never lost his enthusiasm. The regular updates and phone calls were excellent.

Trent did everything right. Simple as that. We found ourselves in a position that we needed to find a house, fast. Once we had decided to make an offer on a property, Trent went into action and the rest is history. I was most impressed by the regular communication and his calm and confident approach. Thank you, Trent.

I recently bought my apartment through Trenton Morrissey. My offer had been dependent on my divorce money coming through; unfortunately there was a hiccouph and it took three months longer than my ex's divorce lawyer told me it would. The tenant had been offered an incentive to move out as I wanted vacant possession - not surprisingly, the seller, who now had a vacant apartment and possibly no buyer, was not a happy-camper. Yet Trenton managed to be 100% professional, patient and positive throughout the entire absurd saga. He was simply a decent man who managed to be honest and reassuring while I struggled with what felt like one disaster after another. Thank you Trenton :-)

Trenton Morrissey is an excellent agent who makes the extra effort to ensure all parties requirements are being met, and that the process runs smoothly and on schedule. Trenton was the driving force in my home purchase, keeping the banks and solicitors on track. He even went the extra years to assist the current tenant in finding a new rental property, which allowed me to move in on my settlement date. After the settlement Trenton remained in contact to ensure everything was alright with the property. I highly recommend Trenton Morrissey as a real estate agent.

I've known JT for a number of years but have never had the opportunity to call on him to help out with a home sale. I had no hesitation contacting him as I trust and respect his approach and proven track record. He did an amazing job attracting potential buyers and provided with great advice along the way. The fact that I had buyers interested on the first weekend my home was up for inspection was great. His professionalism and communication were great. He kept me informed of progress at all stages and I was impressed with his enthusiasm to get the best result possible. His dealings with the buyers was also highly regarded. I would not hesitate in recommending Justin to anyone selling their home.
