Just would like to say in September this year, I sold my fathers unit in Bundaberg, with the help of Peter Barone from PRD. She was able to quote prices houses were selling for in our area in detail and knew we were in the flood area, even though no water came into the house. Vicki negotiated with the Purchasers and we were happy with the final sale price. We brought the settlement date forward and the entire sale was settled within 14 days.
