I highly recommend Vicki. Vicki sold my father's house for me after his death. I'd met with several other agents before a friend recommended Vicki. It was chalk and cheese. Vicki didn't try to impress me with shallow compliments on the home. She was respectful and professional, with nuanced knowledge of the current market in Bundaberg. She was positive but realistic. Her assessment of the property and potential sale price was very accurate and the price was well above what the other agents had suggested. The property sold very quickly and painlessly. Vicki calls a spade a spade, but does so with sensitivity and professionalism. She advised me on how to prepare the house for sale and the best ways to promote the sale, where to spend money and time, and where not to waste it. I found her communication transparent and timely, she explained the process and made things as easy as possible during what was a very difficult time. She kept us informed at every step of the way. She went above and beyond what I expected numerous times, liaising with contractor in my absence, resolving any issues along the way. The sale was win/win for the buyer as well as myself.
