Any question I asked was answered honestly and straight away. If I was asked to do something throughout the process I was given extremely clear and concise instruction so I knew exactly what I had to do because it is a confusing process especially if you haven’t been through it before (me).

Professional and relentless

We requested expressions of interest from multiple agents in Mackay. Mark came back with the best proposal for every metric including commission and potential sale price. The communication throughout the process was consistent and professional. When roadblocks occurred Mark was able to use his expert knowledge and experience to navigate a path to an outcome that was beyond our expectations. We have 2 more properties to sell over the next few months and would not consider using another agent.
