Kim has a very personal touch and takes the time to really know your house, history and you. She went above and beyond for ensuring our house was presented as best as could be, taking time to shepherd contractors when we couldn't be there. Very friendly and takes the time to keep you informed, at a flexible times to suit you. We felt very comfortable with Kim, and she got us a great price. I'm not convinced anyone knows the Ryde area as well as her and her team.
