We were referred to Robert Bagala from a trusted real estate agent outside the Ryde area. We still did the due diligence by selecting another 2 agents in the Ryde area to pitch their proposals to us. We ended up choosing Robert as our selling agent due to his honesty and integrity throughout the pitching process. Especially to do with valuation where we felt he was being realistic as opposed to overly optimistic. We were looking for an agent with experience and a great team to completely run the pre campaign preparation as well as guide us through the campaign. Robert delivered on every commitment he gave us and made sure we were across the entire process. His initial value of our property was accurate and he got us a final price slightly above this figure which we were extremely happy with. We put our trust in Robert and were not disappointed.
