As developers, we had a few properties to sell. Rob missed out on another property we put up for sale, but he impressed us with his proposal and pre-sales manner—both in pitching and, even more so, in how he handled not winning the business. Due to this presale interaction, we were very comfortable dealing with Robert and the team, and were willing to trust them to run the sales process as they saw fit to achieve our stated price. True to their work, Rob and the team ran an impeccable campaign and managed to secure strong interest. Rob skillfully turned this interest into competition and secured a very solid sale price for us prior to the auction in a very tricky market.
