Kim was referred to me by a friend. It’s such a big decision choosing an agent to sell your home. I certainly struggled with this decision but Kim was definitely the right agent for me and I was very happy with my decision. Selling is such an anxious time. Kim is very supportive and compassionate but can also be very firm when needed. I found Kim to be extremely professional from our first meeting, and of course this high standard continued throughout the entire process. At the initial inspection of my home, right through to getting the home ready for sale, Kim was extremely thorough, paid great attention to detail and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to go through everything.
