I want to give my unequivocal endorsement of Vera Kidd and Fred Jabbour of McGrath Real Estate, Gladesville. When selling my family home recently, Vera was an exemplary professional. Highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally personable, Vera went above and beyond my own expectations of what a truly dedicated Real Estate Agent is. There was meticulous attention to detail every step of the way. Vera kept me informed of each and every development. I cannot recommend Vera highly enough.

We found Kim Toyer Uttley excellent in every respect. She is approachable, friendly, honest, helpful, reliable, and hard-working. She explains things well, knows the district and is across the rapidly changing market. She has long experience and was able to guide us and inform us throughout the process. I have never been prepared for an auction so well by any agent. Kim knows what she is doing, and transmits that knowledge well. She also connected us with other excellent help we needed. The auction went well: the result was good. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I'd very happily work with George again if I have to sell another place. George was honest about the conditions of the market and listened to my goals for the sale and suggested options I could take to help me achieve what I needed in terms of price and speed to sell. Communication was always prompt, bias free and I never felt any pressure to make decisions in a rush or that weren't in my best interest. The market is all over the place at the moment, so George's calm and factual style helps you navigate the noise and think objectively about the moves you need to make.

We met Kim when buying our first house in North Ryde and we were so lucky to have met her. From the first inspection, she made us feel welcomed and explained to us about the potential of the house with lots of ideas and enthusiasm! Even after signing the contract, Kim and her team continued to be supportive and generous with their time. When I spoke to her colleagues, we learnt that she was well respected by her team too. I would say that she is one of the most passionate agents that I have met. She is understanding and helpful, yet professional who thinks about the best interest of both the buyer and the seller. We would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in North Ryde.

From my first contact with Kim, her care and professionalism stood out. In particular, the negotiations to bring myself and the vendor to an agreement as well as the out-of-hours viewings to accommodate my children's timetables. Nothings was too much trouble and I very much appreciated it, as I have a child with special needs who needed a separate viewing.

Vera and Rob worked really hard to sell our home, in a market which is dropping. Vera was very attentive, at every open home and provided a number of private inspections as well. Rob was very strategic throughout the process and had a plan for each step of the way.

We were very pleased that we chose George and his team to sell our family home in Meadowbank. His knowledge of the market, and his guidance through what can be a very stressful experience was greatly appreciated. The campaign was very professional, and we were very pleased with the photography and accompanying video. The interest in our house, including the large numbers of potential purchasers that inspected our house, culminated in a great sale price. George was at all times honest and a pleasure to deal with.
