When I contemplated selling my home of 24 years, the task seemed almost impossible. However, it needed to be done, so I started looking for an agent. After interviewing three agents I chose Kim, partly because she was a local and lived around the corner, and also, she said she was willing to go the extra mile to assist me with the various issues that can be confronted when preparing for sale.
