Decided to sell my property thru Taney. It was a smooth experience to deal with Taney and his team Akash who managed to sell my house. They took care of all the inspections and dealing with existing tenants and handover as well. On the settlement day, I was asked by my conveyancer to produce invoice for cleaning. I only then noticed that there was a condition to clean the house. To my surprise, Taney and his team had done it prior and was able to produce the invoice. This really saved me a big headache.
