From the first contact, Tom was always courteous, friendly, honest and punctual. After addressing some helpful ideas from Tom, our house was marketed and sold in no time at a price above our expectations. He didn't overprice the house at the first assessment as some agents do just to sign you up and the advertising package was well worth the cost as the results were immediate, with interest from buyers and the sale was quick. We would advise any seller to listen closely to Tom and follow his advice to obtain an honest and quick sale. We can't recommend Tom highly enough and I would encourage anyone looking for an agent in Maryborough to give Tom at PRD first option to look after your real estate needs. Tom has a wide, reliable, up to date market knowledge of Maryborough. He answers questions precisely & concisely, elaborating points if required. He is accessible; readily answering phonecalls or texts immediately or as soon as availability permits. Our sale relied on the sale of 2 other properties. Tom maintained contact with us, the buyer & their agent during the rather lengthy sale process. On the day of the sale, he assisted our buyers find a removalist because theirs hadn’t recorded the booking on their schedule! Furthermore, Tom swept the shed floor so our buyers could store their moved items until the transactions transpired. His handling of our sale was beyond exemplary in every way.

Tom was refered to us by my parents as they had already dealt with him in the past and I can say I will definately be using him again in the future. Tom was great in the fact he went through what we wanted with selling our property, he would keep us up to date on potential buyers and never pushed to make a sale if we were not happy with an offer. No hidden costs and everything was laid out in front at the start.

Tom was one of the most honest, yet still professional agents I have dealt with, for over 30yrs buying property.
