I spoke with four real estate agencies before deciding on David McGuiness and McGrath Real Estate. My decision was based largely on the fact that David had sold a prestige property for friends of mine and they recommended him. 1 Mawarra Crt., Highton is a superb property that could/would have sold itself under normal circumstances. The issue that confronted David was that I would only sell it to a purchaser who was prepared to rent it back to me for 12 months. There was to be no open days, no display board out the front of the property and I asked that David only show potential buyers through the property if they were prepared to rent it back. With a tremendous selling video, skillfully put together, and great still shots, David was able to manage my expectations and procure a buyer within three weeks of the property being listed.

I can honestly recommend Egle to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a property.
