Great communication & technology but inaccurate rental appraisal.
Communication was brilliant, they made the process seamless and the technology/systems used such as Tapi and PropertyMe are very slick and professional. Members of staff super friendly & helpful (both Sally & Jasmine). However, the rental appraisal we received was way higher than rent actually attained. Possibly a tactic to bring new clients onboard.
